Changes to get Beginners booke building.
The web pages include prev and next links, so to get those right we
have to make the tune filenames distinct from the main booke names.
So fall back to taking the easy way, and just prefix all tune names with
@ or _.

When, in 1770, he H:+ added jugglers, acrobats and a clown to his show, he invented an art H:+ form that spread rapidly around the world. Though as often happens H:+ with inventors, it was his imitator and rival Charles Dibdin who H:+ gave it the name we know today; the circus.
