All Makefile.in have been regenerated as has configure. * packages/redhat/noffle.spec: Change version to 1.1.1. * packages/.cvsignore,packages/Makefile.am,packages/redhat/.cvsignore, packages/redhat/Makefile.am: Add sufficient makefiles for noffle.spec and noffle-expire to the included in the tarball generated by 'make dist'.
