[svn] * src/protocol.c: Reading of long lines broken in Prt_getLn(). Fix and change to split long lines rather than truncate. Also change Prt_putTxtBuf() to work properly with long lines by removing all fixed buffer dependencies.

Description: offline news server
Noffle is a news server optimized for low speed dialup connection to the
internet and for few users. It allows reading news offline with many news
reader programs, even if they do not support offline reading by themselves.
It does for NNTP what WWWOFFLE does for HTTP. Noffle's upstream homepage
can be found at http://noffle.sourceforge.net/, Debian backports for woody
are provided at http://people.debian.org/~godisch/noffle/. There is also a
 user mailing list at http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/noffle-users.
