[svn] * docs/noffle.1,docs/noffle.conf.5: Correct footer date, add new RFCs,
update Markus's email again.
* docs/noffle.conf.5,src/configfile.c: Only recognise authenticate-client
config if authentication of one or other sort is built in.
* TODO: Update.
